Content rating, not a Kids category designation. The 4+ rating reflects that the current release contains no violent, sexual, gambling, or other mature content. It does not mean the app is listed in the App Store Kids category or that a child may independently create an account or make a purchase.

Store rating guidance

Answer the App Store Connect age-rating questionnaire according to the capabilities actually present in the submitted build. Based on the current release, mature-content descriptors are “None,” user-generated content and chat are absent, and external links are limited to specific product destinations rather than unrestricted web browsing. The questionnaire is therefore expected to calculate a 4+ content rating. Apple determines the final storefront rating by country, region, and OS generation. Do not apply a higher-rating override unless the app's content, capabilities, or applicable terms later require one.

Minors and purchases

Users who have not reached the age of majority where they live should review account creation and any purchase with a parent or guardian. Children under 14 should not register, sign in, or purchase because the current release has no guardian-consent flow for child accounts.
